Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia, based in Jakarta, seeks an Analyst in IT Controls, AI, Data & Data Analytics to transform data into practical analytics for IT audit and assurance engagements. You will work within the ITDA team to deliver analytics-driven insights for financial audits and clients, shaping data solutions that meet business needs.

The role requires strong technical skills in analytics tools, knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance, and the ability to collaborate across teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in quantitative fields such as Data Science/Analytics, AI, Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience in IT Audit & Advisory or IT Audit / Risk Management / Compliance in other corporate companies would be advantageous
• Knowledge of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Hands-on experiences in using Data Analytic & Visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc) is a must
• Analytical thinking, able to process and interpret business questions into technical data analysis for answers, and vice versa
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Can work under pressure both independently and a part of team
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve, grow along with work experience, "always coachable"
• "Can do" and professional "get it done" attitudes, and fast moving
• Ability to come up with complex business analysis conclusion for communication with management is a very advanced requirement for year 0 or 2 delivery team member (analyst or even consultant) - more fitting for Senior Consultant. But it is a plus.
• Understanding of audit concept, framework, regulatory stipulations, including its technical specifications, standards are quite rarity for analytics practitioners. Also "a plus"

• Work as a specialist team under IT, Data, and Analytics team (ITDA) for both IT Audit Support and IT Assurance/Advisory engagements
• Provide Data Analytics & Visualization services to support Financial Audit team or Clients directly in order to meet their requirements.
• Develop analytics models and solutions by using predictive analytics, statistics, optimization, machine learning, optimal sampling, experimental design and other techniques
• Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to all stakeholders, esp for Data-related
• Perform any other tasks or assignments related to Data Analytics & Visualization and others IT Audit services
