Job summary

PT.DIKSHA TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA in Pulomas, Jakarta Timur, is seeking an Engineer on Duty for the IIM Division (Code 161). The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience with IT security tools.

You will receive tickets from SOC and perform the required actions, with hands-on configuration in SOC covering End Point, Data Center, Cloud Security, Network Devices and VPN. Shifts are 24/7 (three shifts), for junior personnel on Mitsubishi automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of IT security tools experience.
• Experience receiving and executing SOC tickets.
• Hands-on configuration in SOC (End Point, Data Center, Cloud Security, Network Device, VPN).
• Knowledge of Network, Server and End Point.
• Available for shifting work (3 shifts, 24/7).
