About the Role
Product Development Manager at AI inside, an AI-focused company specialising in AI‑OCR and DX solutions. The role bridges development and business, leading product vision, roadmap, release, and future strategy for cutting‑edge AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build product vision and create strategic roadmaps in line with business growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing and other cross‑functional teams to deliver new features and releases.
- Conduct rigorous market and competitor research to refine product priorities and ensure feature alignment.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle from conception to EOL, documenting decisions and milestones.
- Gather and analyse user feedback, translate it into functional requirements and iterate on product improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement of product quality, experience and metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in product management or similar roles, preferably in AI or SaaS environments.
- Strong business sense, data‑driven decision making, and ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing product life cycles, prioritising feature backlog and working with agile teams.

- Ability to define positioning and value proposition of services.
- Data analysis skills for KPI tracking and optimisation.
- Team‑player mindset with cross‑functional influence (including C‑suite).
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer insights and competitive landscape.

Compensation
- Annual salary: 7.0–9.0 M JPY (subject to experience).
- Performance bonuses (up to twice yearly) and equity‑based shares trust.
- Monthly housing subsidy and transportation allowance (up to 150 k JPY).
Location & Work Style
Tokyo, Minato‑ku, Azabudai. Hybrid model: Work‑From‑Anywhere, with optional office presence. Flexible work time (core 10:00‑14:00, flexible 06:00‑10:00 / 14:00‑22:00). 125 annual holidays plus paid leave.
