Job summary

A consulting firm in IT services is seeking a System Administrator in Hong Kong to support RFS and daily business activities including server installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in server support and possess strong skills in Windows Domains and Microsoft Active Directory. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years working experience in server support or administration.
• Experience with Windows Domains and Microsoft Active Directory is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange environment.

Responsibilities

• Support RFS & daily BAU activities including Wintel server install, support, troubleshoot, upgrade, and decommission.
• Provide on-site support services including datacenter server onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain operation and support procedures, server and hardware inventory.
