Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design.
• At least 3 years in building and maintaining design systems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Figma libraries for product and marketing teams.
• Document cross-functional visual standards for brand expression and accessibility.
• Build and document reusable UI components with interaction states.
• Collaborate with developers for design-to-code parity.
• Create modular systems for brand consistency across marketing.
• Design motion patterns and micro-interactions to enhance usability.
• Perform audits to ensure design consistency and accessibility.
