Job summary

Citi Private Bank is seeking a high-potential student for its Wealth Summer Analyst Program in Hong Kong. The program combines intensive training with a hands-on, immersive experience across Citi’s Wealth business, including mentorships and structured development opportunities.

Participants will join a team (e.g., Investment Solutions, Strategy & Development, Lending, CIO) and work on tailored projects while building a broad understanding of Citi’s operations and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year university student
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of the global banking landscape and client service focus

Responsibilities

• Join Citi Private Bank’s Wealth division for a 10-week Summer Analyst Program.
• Receive intensive training and orientation to Citi's culture, then work on a tailored project within a key team.
• Participate in mentoring, networking events, speaker series and structured development opportunities
