J.P. Morgan Asia Private Bank is seeking an Insurance Coordinator – Vice President to lead day-to-day insurance referral activities, governance, and compliance. You will partner with client advisors and enabling functions to ensure seamless operations and rigorous controls.

You will contribute to wealth planning solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and drive projects that strengthen our insurance referral framework across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Insurance at a Private bank, Life Insurance Broker, or Insurance Company in Asia.
• Strong product knowledge in Insurance product offerings.
• Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation abilities.

• Drive and accountable for insurance referral activities related policies and procedures and interface with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Manage and be responsible for the engagement model, broker referral agreements and relationships with insurance brokers.
• Manage appropriate risk and control governance framework for insurance referral activities.
• Provide and coordinate internal insurance referral related communication and trainings.
• Manage premium financing process and product onboarding.
• Drive insurance referral and wealth planning related projects.

• Dynamic team player who is self-motivated and possesses strong interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to proactively engage with multiple stakeholders at all level of seniority.
• Demonstrate strong organization skills, excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into components and find solutions to a wide variety of compliance, legal, technological, and behavioural constraints.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way.
