Job summary

J.P. Morgan International Private Bank in Hong Kong seeks an accomplished Vice President to lead the China Team Professionals. You will oversee the China team, coordinate training, and manage workload across the team while supporting advisory operations and driving transformation for the Hong Kong platform.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, ensure strong controls, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver excellence in client service and risk management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in advisor / client support operations (ARM), team management, or business management within the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to engage diverse teams.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and maintaining robust control environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily support to Client Advisors and Clients across all aspects of daily Advisor business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
• Leverage AI-driven technologies to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Manage escalations and be the focal point for Market and Regional Business leaders.
• Champion digital-first initiatives to improve efficiency and client/advisor experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professionals aligned with the Private Bank's standards.
