Job summary

ES Corporate Functions is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services firm in Hong Kong for a senior compliance role focused on digital asset and wealth management products. You will report to the head of compliance and help ensure regulatory alignment across product launches, onboarding, and investor protections.

The role requires deep knowledge of HK AML/CTF rules, SFC guidelines, and blockchain basics, with strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• 7+ years in compliance advisory (or 5+ years at a licensed broker, fund manager, or bank).
• 2+ years recent digital asset compliance experience.
• Knowledge of tokenised securities, stablecoins, spot virtual assets, and VA derivatives/ETFs.
• Understanding of blockchain and crypto mechanics.
• Familiar with Hong Kong AML, CTF, market abuse, SFO, SFC guidelines.
• Retail onboarding and suitability experience is a plus.
• Blockchain or digital asset certifications are valued.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
