Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a GenAI Delivery Lead to drive high-value AI use cases from PoC to production, designing robust architectures and reusable patterns. You will partner with ISG business and tech teams to ensure performance, scalability, and governance across platforms.

With 5–10+ years in software engineering or AI/ML, you will apply hands-on LLM/API experience, distributed systems knowledge, and strong Python/Java skills to deliver production-grade solutions in a financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10+ years experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Programming skills (Python, Java, or similar).

Responsibilities

• GenAI use case delivery and industrialization with business and technology teams.
• Design and build solutions leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Define KPIs and track business impact; communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Enable teams through best practices and AI-enabled workflows.
