Responsibilities

• Lead dossier prep for HK/Macao registrations and post-approval changes.
• Ensure on-time approvals and renewals before license expiry.
• Prepare and respond to regulatory authority questions promptly.
• Maintain regulatory databases, trackers and archives.
• Monitor regulatory changes in HK/Macao and advise on compliance.
• Review artwork, labeling, and IFUs for HK/Macao.
• Support review of promotional materials per local regulations.
• Provide regulatory input for tendering and act as primary regulatory contact.
