VIP User Growth Operation - Unified Trading Account Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VIP User Growth Operation - Unified Trading Account Specialist to manage and optimize the operations of KuCoin’s unified trading accounts. This role ensures seamless account management, smooth cross-product integrations, and superior user experience across multiple trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, account lifecycle management, and operational workflows in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unified Trading Account (UTA) Operations & Growth: Manage end-to-end UTA operations, monitor account activity, detect anomalies, and resolve issues efficiently while running campaigns to drive user growth and platform adoption.
• VIP Lifecycle & Engagement: Own the full VIP lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and tier upgrades, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for VIP users.
• Campaign & Incentive Management: Design, execute, and optimize growth campaigns, referral programs, and incentive structures to increase trading volume and user activity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Trading, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to streamline UTA features, launch VIP initiatives, and ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze account and VIP activity data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, uncover growth opportunities, and inform strategy.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Implement and maintain SOPs, optimize internal workflows, manage escalations, coordinate fees/incentives, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies.
