ICBC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Bond Underwriter to lead pricing, market updates and issuances. You will establish trade mechanisms for MTN and CT, maintain databases, and support sales and marketing efforts with well-founded pricing advice.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 7+ years in bond underwriting or issuance, and excellent English and Mandarin communication.

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related areas.
• 7+ years of bond underwriting or sales experience or 8+ years bond issuance experience.
• Strong market sensibility and bond pricing analysis, and underwriting capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships.
• Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task.
• Passionate and motivated to contribute to marketing and sales.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; both written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for bond underwriting, including pricing advice, market updates, road show itinerary, bookkeeping, pricing and distribution.
• Establish and maintain a trade mechanism, such as MTN and CT issuance.
• Provide market updates, including establishing and maintaining a bond issuance database and providing market analysis.
• Conduct preliminary analysis based on customer and market conditions, and research & analyse feasible distribution structures, provide pricing advice and assist team to conduct sales & marketing work.
• Establish and maintain relationships with issuers and investors, and provide information and requirements to issuers.
• Assist team in finding issuance opportunities and provide pricing advice.
• Strengthen the underwriting ability for the team.
