We are hiring a Paralegal who has experience handling US IPO listing and corporate transactions.
Our client is a US headquartered law firm with a leading capital markets practice in Hong Kong.
This role will work closely with the Partner and a Senior Associate, supporting on IPO listings in the US and US-related issues relating to Hong Kong listings. You will be required to draft and revise various transactions documents, draft responses to regulatory bodies, conduct legal due diligence, prepare regulatory filings and provide general legal support for the team.
The required candidate will be a law degree holder with ideally 1+ year of experience working as a Paralegal. Experience handling US IPO listings is essential for this role, including the knowledge of SEC US securities law. Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
