Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Database Administrator to develop Linux/UNIX shell scripts and manage various database platforms including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on database management experience, along with knowledge of automation tools.

This position offers a 5-day work week and 10-20 annual leave days, with a salary range of 30-50K based on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in database administration.
• Experienced with UNIX and Linux shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate operational tasks using shell scripts.
• Manage and optimize various database environments.
• Provide 24x7 product support on a roster basis.
