The ideal candidate will have deep treasury operations knowledge, cash flow management experience, and strong analytical and leadership capabilities to drive improvements and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations within the financial services industry.
• Experience in cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily treasury/capital markets operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage settlement activities, monitor operational and settlement risks, and resolve exceptions or irregularities.
• Review and approve transactions, payments, reconciliations, and regulatory/management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, training, and operational guidance.
• Drive process improvements, risk control enhancements, and strategic projects while supporting departmental objectives and business growth
