Job summary

Morgan McKinley Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with Front Office, Back Office, IT, and vendors in Hong Kong. You will gather requirements, document functional specs, and map product lifecycles for FX, derivatives, money market, and metals, while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

The role requires strong SQL, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese reporting for management and audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Business/Systems Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Strong written Chinese reporting skills and professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Front Office, Back Office, IT, and vendors to gather and document business requirements.
• Map SDLC/product lifecycle for FX, FX Derivatives, Money Market, and Precious Metals products.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, and UAT test plans/cases.
