Job summary

Crypto.com’s F&A team drives financial analytics, automation, and data-driven decision support across global initiatives. The role emphasizes building scalable workflows, analyzing blockchain and financial data, and delivering insights to inform strategic choices.

The candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Products, and other teams to refine tech-driven financial solutions, while leveraging BI tools and AI integrations to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, or advanced data solutions.
• Strong experience with ETL processes and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent SQL writing and complex data logic.
• Knowledge of financial products/markets.
• FinTech trends like Blockchain, Digital Payments, AI in Finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with multiple high-priority projects.
• Passion for Crypto and digital assets growth.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated workflows to streamline repetitive financial tasks.
• Analyze blockchain & financial data and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop/refine tech-driven financial solutions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, or Python to visualize insights.
• Integrate AI models into business processes with measurable outcomes.
• Communicate initiative progress and results to senior leadership, focusing on business value and strategic alignment.
