Job description

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage our cash forecasting and global cash management processes including short term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
• Reconcile our daily settlement bank movements
• Communicate with banks for the setup and ongoing relationship
• Help to design automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processes
• Execution of FX transactions necessary for market risk management
• Perform liquidity forecasts and ongoing monitoring of liquidity
• Work closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus; fresh graduate welcome
• Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
• Digital asset familiarity is an advantage
