Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Treasury Officer in Hong Kong to oversee treasury activities, including cash flow management and fund administration. You will prepare treasury plans and quarterly/yearly reports, perform financial analysis, and manage bank accounts and deposits.

Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required. The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years in treasury or related fields, and familiarity with HK/PRC regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in accounting, treasury or related field.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation and banking regulations is a must.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage all treasury functions including fund management and cash flow management.
• Perform company's treasury analysis and develop treasury plan to improve capital safety; prepare quarterly and yearly treasury reports.
• Prepare company's financial analysis reports.
• Responsible for the management of bank accounts.
• Responsible for custody of bank deposit advice and bank statements.
• Check the compliance and completeness of payments.
• Responsible for preliminary review of expense payments.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
