Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior risk & derivatives professional to lead stress tests, risk assessments, and transactional structuring across onshore/offshore derivatives. You will apply deep knowledge of derivatives markets, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive innovative OTC offerings with strong execution and teamwork.

The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field and at least five years trading experience in financial derivatives, yield certificates

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• At least 5 years of trading experience in financial derivatives, yield certificates, or structured products.
• Proven track record in OTC derivatives or structured yield certificate businesses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic stress testing and risk assessments in coordination with Risk Management and Compliance.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in domestic and international financial markets, with focus on derivatives market regulations.
• Participate in structuring and executing onshore and offshore derivatives transactions.
• Drive innovation and support the rollout of new OTC derivatives business models; expand and diversify the firm’s OTC derivatives business offerings.
