Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Operations Executive in Hong Kong to prepare pest control reports and coordinate project implementation. You will respond to client concerns and work with multiple departments to ensure service quality.

The role requires strong organization, English/Chinese fluency, and willingness to perform outdoor work. Fresh graduates are welcome, with potential for Senior Operations Executive with more experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma and above (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
• Experience in QA, particularly within the F&B industry, is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present pest control reports for clients.
• Coordinate with other departments on pest control project implementation and monitor progress.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to clients’ satisfaction.
• Assist Technical Supervisor in periodic review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques to improve productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in identifying training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments and customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.
• Support a 5-day work week.
• Willingness to perform outdoor work.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients

Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
