Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited is seeking a qualified professional to oversee maintenance and major works projects within a residential estate. You will coordinate upkeep, inspections, and progress on common facilities, ensuring documentation such as tenders and quotations are properly managed.

The ideal candidate holds a Building Services Engineering qualification, 10 years of relevant experience, and an Electrical Worker Grade A certificate with a valid Green Card.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Possesses a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and a valid Green Card.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging maintenance and upkeep works of all scales within the residential estate, and following up on routine inspections and maintenance progress of common facilities within the estate.
• Responsible for all matters related to major works projects, including maintenance arrangements and documentation such as tendering and quotation processing.

Responsible for arranging maintenance and upkeep works of all scales within the residential estate, and following up on routine inspections and maintenance progress of common facilities within the estate.

Responsible for all matters related to major works projects, including maintenance arrangements and documentation such as tendering and quotation processing.
