Pinnacle Lead Consulting Limited seeks a Team Lead / Senior Developer of Backend Development to guide the Billing System backend and migrate to micro-services. You will mentor the team and contribute hands-on across frontend and backend tasks, ensuring architecture alignment and timely releases.

The role emphasizes strong Java/C++/J2EE/Python/Go expertise, with Docker, REST, and CI/CD experience in a fast-paced telecom-like environment.

Qualifications

• Strong in Java/C++/J2EE/Python/Go.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Docker, REST webservices, micro-services.
• Experience in database design and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Kafka, Spark or other real-time processing frameworks.
• Passion for high-speed, large-scale systems.
• Experience with Gradle, Maven, Conan.
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, Artifactory.
• CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Linux experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing System backend team and migrate to micro-services architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the BillingSystem development team to decouple the modules and migrate to themicro-services architecture
• Provide guidance and mentor thedevelopers on coding best practice
• Hands-on developer involved inboth front-end and back-end development
• Collaborate with the projectmanagers and other teams to ensure the solution design, architecture design andfeasibility study is achievable
• Ensure designs are in compliancewith specifications
• Prepare and produce releases ofsoftware components
• Perform second level support ofthe production systems.

Requirements

• Strong in Java/C++/J2EE/Python/Go
• Experience with technologiesincluding but not limited to: Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Docker, REST webservices, micro-services
• Experience in database design,query optimization and familiar with NoSQL database
• Experience with Kafka, Spark orother real time processing framework
• Passion in building high-speed,high performance and large-scale systems
• Experience working with packagemanagement and build systems such as Gradle, Maven, Conan.
• Experience working with versioncontrol/code review/repository server, i.e. Git, Gerrit and Artifactory.
• Experience with ContinuousIntegration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) is an advantage
• Experience in Linux is anadvantage
• Strong team spirit andinterpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and well organizedwith can-do attitude
• Candidate with less experiencecan be considered as Senior Developer
