Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Java Developer for enterprise level application development in Hong Kong. The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical tasks and delivering solutions that meet customer needs, with collaboration across BA, UX/UI, QA and IT teams.

The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science and at least 4 years of hands-on Java development, with experience in Spring Boot, JavaScript and Oracle/MySQL.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience in system design and architecture is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise level application systems.
• Analyze business requirements into technical tasks and specs.
• Track requirements from origin to deliverables satisfying customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve gaps between requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with BA, UX/UI, QA and IT teams to identify opportunities and provide solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for application systems development at enterprise level

• Provide technical suggestion to developer, resolve issue between requirement and technical task
• Collaborating with Business Analyst, UX/UI, QA and other IT teamstoIdentify opportunity that needs to be addressed and provide solution to customer

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of hands-on development experience for Java programming
• Experience in system design and system architect is preferable
• Experience in Spring boot, JavaScript and Oracle/MySQL
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Good technical documentation and communication skills
• Experience in leading a team of Programmer in troubleshooting, debugging and implementation of enhancements
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems
