Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in a professional services organization or similar.
• Interest in financial markets and investment/funds management.
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn AI tools.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity spotting and market intelligence to pursue new business.
• Support strategic planning and global execution with lawyers and colleagues.
• Oversee firmwide strategic initiative execution with action plans and deadlines.
• Craft messaging for leaders ahead of meetings with clients/referral sources.
• Synthesize business development metrics to measure initiatives.
• Conduct due diligence on referral sources and potential clients.
• Develop thought leadership content and steer media outreach.
• Collaborate to promote firm-wide knowledge sharing and training.
