Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead Institutional Client Management and Investment Projects within its Insurance Capital Markets practice. The role spans client servicing, regulatory reporting, and cross-border investment coordination for insurance asset management clients.

You will collaborate with investment, legal, compliance and risk teams, review investment management agreements, monitor portfolios, and provide market intelligence

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products and portfolio management practices.
• Familiarity with cross-border investment products and offshore structures.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and spoken abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients and stakeholders, ensuring responsive service delivery.
• Coordinate documentation, regulatory responses, due diligence, and internal approvals for capital markets projects.
• Review, update and negotiate investment management agreements and conduct mandate reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare periodic investment reports and governance materials.
• Coordinate regulatory and management reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional project coordination across investment, risk, compliance, legal and operations.
• Provide market intelligence, benchmarking and regulatory updates to investment teams and clients.
• Support the investment committee governance and related decision-making processes.
