Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Pricing Actuarial Manager / Assistant Manager for Life Insurance. The role leads actuarial initiatives to support growth, profitability, and risk management via analysis of historical trends and actuarial models.

The incumbent will combine strong technical actuarial expertise with leadership to drive strategic projects, partnering with stakeholders across the organization and contributing to development of actuarial capabilities.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Actuarial Science or related disciplines.
• Associate or Fellow of a recognized actuarial body (SOA, IFoA, FIAA, HKIA or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of life actuarial techniques, tools and methodologies.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support product pricing and product development for Life and Health insurance; propose architecture and assumptions.
• Develop pricing models using actuarial assumptions and perform sensitivity tests.
• Collaborate with product implementation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide actuarial input for marketing materials and sales illustrations.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory filings and product approvals.
• Monitor profitability and sustainability of products.
