Job summary

CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to lead the end-to-end planning process across our global retail network. You will own the assortment, forecast sales, and manage replenishment in collaboration with country, retail, and marketplace teams.

The role requires 5-6+ years in merchandise/demand/inventory planning, ERP/MRP experience, and strong English and Chinese communication skills. CAD and CASETiFY’s dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth in a leading global lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5-6+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Product Management.
• Experience with ERP & MRP systems.
• Proven experience with Business Intelligence Tools, preferably Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Macro and VBA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end OTB planning process and build robust merchandise plan frameworks by category/channel to balance sales growth, margins, and inventory health.
• Own assortment plan and merchandise mix by analyzing sales reports; maximize profitability and optimize SKU efficiency.
• Forecast sales with country/retail/marketplace teams and plan material replenishment; report shortages and excesses.
• Coordinate with product development and procurement to track deliveries and restock dates; support new product introductions and phase-outs.
• Validate forecasts, analyze accuracy, and implement corrective actions to improve information flow.
• Improve material allocation procedures, systems, and policies; support data presentations.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
