Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 15+ years of legal experience

• Strong litigation, regulatory and compliance background in Greater China
• Experience leading regional legal and compliance teams

Responsabilités

• Lead all legal, compliance and dispute matters across Greater China
• Advise senior management and business leaders
• Oversee litigation, regulatory investigations and labour-related matters
• Drive development and enhancement of legal and compliance frameworks
• Manage external counsel relationships and legal spend
• Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-border initiatives
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional legal and compliance team
• Promote a practical, business-oriented risk management culture
