Job summary

LG Household & Health Care Hong Kong is recruiting a Contract Inventory Planning Executive to monitor stock levels and optimize inventory turn days for FMCG products. This one-year renewable contract offers a hands-on role in stock management and reporting.

You will generate sales reports, perform data analysis, and communicate with internal customers to ensure timely replenishment and risk minimization, while providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business / supply chain or related disciplines.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in product planning / supply chain, preferably FMCG/retail.
• Strong numerical sense with good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• A good team player with positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Good command of English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock level and optimize inventory turn days.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Proactively communicate with related parties and understand internal customers' requirements to minimize risk and ensure order fulfilment.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the team for FMCG products.
• Generate sales reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
