• 3 years retail or sales-specific management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and adherence to store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruiting, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management.
• Provide on-floor leadership, drive sales, and ensure efficient store operations and guest service.
• Manage and monitor store budget, labor hours, and P&L to support business goals.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse team and develop staff through feedback and coaching.
