Are you interested in playing an integral part in client management and innovation within our Equity Plan Management Team providing the opportunity to grow and develop your career within the equity space? This is the great opportunity for you!

As an Equity Plan Management Analyst within Workplace Solutions, you will take responsibility for client account management, engage regularly with teams across our operational and IT functions as well as contribute to the innovation of company-wide processes. You will have the freedom to manage your workload in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams. We are seeking a candidate to be based at our Miyazaki Office. However, for the right individual, we are open to considering a location in Tokyo.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework
• Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.
• Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
• Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies' program(s) to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
• Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
• Implement projects to enhance business operations while acting as a point of contact for Client Accounts.
• Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners as well as identify innovative client solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
• Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines.
• We are considering candidates for our Miyazaki or Tokyo office

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Third level qualification, preferable in a related field such as finance, investment, economics etc.
