Job summary

WS Audiology Hong Kong invites a qualified Speech Therapist to join our clinical team. You will assess and treat patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders across clinics, hospitals and elder care settings, and document progress with clear reports.

You will develop rehabilitation plans, provide professional training, coach junior therapists and help us meet KPIs while delivering high-quality care to diverse patient groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes or mainstream schools.
• Experience in a Clinical Hearing and Speech Centre is a plus.
• Consistent track record of delivery and support of the business with the ability to execute.
• Experience developing speech therapy training material and rehabilitation aids.

Responsibilities

• Lead or handle ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager.
• Provide assessment and therapy services for patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders in clinic and other settings (hospital, elderly homes).
• Accurately write assessment reports and develop rehabilitation plans based on results.
• Write treatment records, progress reports, and submit reports timely.
• Provide professional training on speech therapy and act as a clinical resource.
• Develop and improve training materials and speech rehabilitation aids.
• Coach and advise junior Speech Therapists.
• Fulfil KPIs targets set by the company.

Provides assessment and therapy services at Hong Kong and Macau clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schools.

What you will do

Lead or handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager.

Providing assessment and therapy services for patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders in clinic and other set up such as hospital and elderly homes.

Accurately write the assessment report and develop effective rehabilitation plans (if needed) based on the assessment result.

Write treatment records, progress reports, and submit written reports in a timely and effective manner.

Providing professional training on speech therapy

Acting as a resource on clinical expertise

Develop and improve the training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.

Coach and provide advisory to Jr. Speech Therapist

Fulfil the KPIs target set by the company.

What you bring

Experience

Speech Therapist(s) with 3+ years of relevant experiences at clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schools

Experiences of working in Clinical Hearing and Speech Centre is a plus.

A consistent track record of delivery and support of the business with the ability to execute well.

Working experiences of developing speech therapy training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.
