Job summary

BAH Partners Limited, a globally renowned hedge fund in Hong Kong, seeks a Python-focused Software Engineer to join a new trading desk. You will work closely with traders and researchers to apply strong software engineering practices in a technology-driven investment environment.

Candidates from both finance and technology backgrounds are welcome; previous financial services experience is not required. The role offers a collaborative, high-performance team and a world-class Hong Kong office.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python programming and problem-solving skills.
• A background in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline
• Strong mathematical skills would be a significant advantage
• Exposure to AI tools or applications would be a huge plus
• Previous financial services experience is not required
