Tower Research Capital LLC is seeking a Software Engineer, C++, graduate opportunity in Hong Kong. The role targets talented graduates who have completed internships involving C++ development and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced quantitative trading environment.

You will work on a high-performance platform, learn from top engineers, and grow in a globally connected team. The position emphasizes low-latency, high-throughput systems, and collaborative problem solving while offering exposure

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Internship experience with C++ development, preferably in a trading environment.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++.
• Knowledge of high-throughput systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of Linux operating system and Networking (TCP/IP/UDP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python and shell scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a high-frequency trading platform, including collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world.
• Optimizing the platform using network and systems programming to minimize latency.
• Developing systems that provide access to live data, historical data, and trading simulations.
• Creating tools to analyze data for patterns.
• Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools.
