Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking an experienced C++ developer to design and optimize a high-frequency trading platform. You will work on low-latency networking, access to historical market data, and risk-management tools in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years in C++, strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and good English communication.

Formación

• A degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience with C++ development, preferably in a trading environment.
• A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English for business purposes.
• Good understanding of Linux operating system and Networking (TCP/IP and UDP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python and shell scripts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency.

The Core Engineering Markets team is responsible for providing Tower’s trading strategies access to a wide and continually growing range of financial markets globally, including but not limited to providing access to new markets, developing cutting edge technical capabilities, ensuring optimal performance, and providing expert market intelligence.
