Job summary

Qualifications

Chinese and English language proficiency at least Secondary 3 standard or equivalent.
CIC/HKIC/HVEI/HETI certificate or equivalent in a relevant discipline; or apprenticeship completed.
At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or 3 years’ experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site supervision for Contract CV/2023/15 and CV/2023/17.
Coordinate with contractors and government bodies to ensure progress.
Oversee safety, quality, drainage, earthworks and associated works.
Prepare and maintain site records and reports as required.
