Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE/DevOps experience in large-scale production environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support large-scale production platforms in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform RCAs to minimize disruptions.

We are partnering with a leading Hong Kong-based organization that operates large-scale digital platforms as part of continued growth within their Identity & Access Management technology function. They are looking to hire experienced Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) / DevOps Engineers to join a mission-critical production support team.

This team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of customer-facing digital platforms used by millions of users. The role offers the opportunity to work within a modern cloud-native environment where observability, automation, and platform reliability are key priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and support large-scale production platforms in a 24/7 environment
• Drive platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize applications and infrastructure using modern DevOps practices
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to minimize service disruptions
• Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, security, and product teams
• Continuously improve automation, deployment pipelines, and operational processes
• Participate in incident response and production support activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Kubernetes
  • Jenkins
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Production deployments and support
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as:
  • Splunk
  • Datadog
  • Similar monitoring platforms
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) technologies, including:
  • ForgeRock
  • Keycloak
  • Auth0
  • Similar identity platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
