Job summary

The University of Hong Kong is seeking a Project Executive, Site Management (rank of Technical Officer/Research Assistant I/II) for the Clinical Trials Centre. The role involves coordinating feasibility, logistics, ethics submissions, and budget management across HKU-CTC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biological/Life Sciences or related disciplines.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with numerical sensitivity.
• Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project feasibility assessment.
• Perform project logistics planning and coordination.
• Coordinate research ethics applications and submissions, and facilitate communication with research ethics committees.
• Execute project budget preparation, negotiation and project financial management activities.
• Assist in administration of clinical study contracts.
• Communicate with research teams and internal/external collaborators.
