Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience with a core focus on capital markets.
Experience in project execution management and operations.
Expertise in market structure design and product knowledge of Asian exchanges.
Experience in multinational financial institutions is highly preferred.
Proven people management experience in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to expand and optimize market structure across asset classes and trading channels.
Own end-to-end project planning and ensure timely, budgeted delivery.
Assess regulatory landscapes and craft robust market strategies.
Engage with executives, regulators, IT teams, and industry bodies to align on strategy.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement.
