Job summary

Millennium Glory (Asia) Company in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Merchandising / Purchasing professional for toys. You will handle sales order processing from product development to production and coordinate with overseas clients and the China factory to ensure timely delivery. Requirements include 3–6 years in merchandising operations, Diploma or above, and familiarity with MS Office.

English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Immediate availability is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder and above
• 3–6 years of merchandising operations experience
• Experience in plastics toys, preferably for US/EEC market
• Experience in trading or manufacturing company preferred
• Ambitious, detail-minded, energetic and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Immediate availability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle sales order processing from product development to production
• Coordinate order arrangements with overseas clients and China factory
• Responsible for costing, sourcing vendors and production coordination
• Maintain order information in the system and perform ad hoc tasks
