Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for FCC core applications and modernization.
• Coordinate delivery with architecture, product, business and security teams.
• Guide back-end engineering across Java services and databases.
• Oversee releases, deployments, incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Support complex scheduling and data-processing workflows with Control-M.
• Drive technical debt reduction and reliability improvements.
• Promote CI/CD, testing and secure coding practices.
• Establish estimation and delivery plans for leadership.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge transfer.
