Job summary

The Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) invites applications for a Senior Technical Assistant in Bioresearch Support. This two-year fixed-term role offers training, instrument management, procurement support, and event logistics, with gratuity and retirement benefits totaling up to 10% of basic salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biological or Biomedical research related field.
• Experience in administration and procurement is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to users utilizing laboratory instruments.
• Manage and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Assist in procurement and stock management of laboratory consumables.
• Handle documents and prepare reports.
• Provide organizational support for events and seminars.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
