Senior Software Engineer – Quantitative Trading & Research Infrastructure

Build high-performance software and research infrastructure powering quantitative trading, working with researchers and technologists to solve complex problems, scale distributed systems, and transform market data.

What You'll Do:

Join a high-calibre technology team building the platforms and infrastructure that support sophisticated quantitative trading and research. You’ll work closely with quantitative researchers and fellow technologists to develop innovative research infrastructure, strengthen production systems, and improve scalability across global markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable software platforms supporting quantitative research and trading.
• Build reliable research infrastructure for large-scale data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate research requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Improve the scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability of production systems.
• Work with large and complex datasets to support data-driven research and decision-making.

About You:

You’re an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving difficult problems and building systems that operate at scale. You bring5+ years of professional Python experience , ideally working with large distributed systems, and are comfortable working in Linux environments.

You’ll also bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
