Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of solid software development experience.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, including ASP.NET/C# and R.
• Experience in system integration, API design, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud).
• Good understanding of software architecture, microservices, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core applications and APIs for trading and brokerage systems.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment.
• Collaborate with system analysts, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure system quality and stability.
• Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and assist in code reviews.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies.
