Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Manager – Sanctions Screening & Operational Controls to strengthen our screening processes and regulatory adherence across the bank's operations platform.

The role requires deep sanctions screening expertise, strong control mindset and extensive practical experience in banking operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance and Front Office to ensure effective controls and timely responses to regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking operations with end-to-end process experience.
• Hands-on sanctions-screening experience and alert handling.
• Strong regulatory and internal-control knowledge.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Review operations against regulatory requirements and identify gaps.
• Oversee sanctions-screening activities and alert review.
• Supervise audit confirmations and account administration tasks.
• Coordinate governance, training logistics, and visitor arrangements.
• Provide backup support to maintain service continuity.
• Lead cross-functional projects translating regulatory changes to procedures.
