Tata Consultancy Services Limited in APAC is seeking a senior IAM architect with deep SailPoint Identity Security Cloud expertise to lead end-to-end ISC architecture, onboarding, and governance across enterprise applications. The role requires strong collaboration with security, HR, and IT teams to drive identity transformation and compliance.

You will mentor developers, define RBAC and SoD controls, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning IAM initiatives with business goals and security

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM/IGA
• 7+ years SailPoint ISC experience
• Experience with enterprise integrations (AD, Entra ID, LDAP)
• Proven ability to design end-to-end IAM solutions
• Strong governance, risk, and audit controls

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical authority for SailPoint ISC architecture and operations.
• Lead workshops and architecture reviews to gather IAM requirements.
• Design and govern ISC-based identity governance capabilities.
• Define lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) workflows.
• Oversee application onboarding, connectors, and identity mapping.
• Implement access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
• Define RBAC models and SoD controls.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems (AD, Entra ID, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Provide leadership for SailPoint APIs, rules, transforms, and custom integrations.
• Review designs and documentation (HLDs/LLDs).
• Ensure IAM best practices, security standards, and audit readiness.
• Mentor SailPoint developers and engineering teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and IAM roadmaps.
