Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a mid to senior Rust Developer to join our Crypto Trading desk. You will work on high-performance systems where latency, reliability and efficiency matter, shaping the technology that powers electronic markets.

You will collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers, taking meaningful ownership and translating complex requirements into robust software in a fast-moving trading environment. Experience with crypto or finance is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Rust development experience in a performance-sensitive environment.
• Experience building distributed systems or low-latency software.
• Background in crypto, electronic trading, or quantitative finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance Rust services for crypto trading.
• Reduce latency and improve reliability in a live trading environment.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers and other engineers to deliver features.
• Own components end-to-end with minimal silos.
