Job summary

CITIC Securities International Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Supervisory Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance, uphold brand integrity, and enhance the readability and impact of research publications.

You will lead editing, rewrite copy with flair, manage regional reports with analysts, coordinate with production, and contribute ideas to improve the overall quality, timeliness, and presentation of our publications.

Qualifications

• Degree or above
• Series 16 qualification is essential
• At least 10 years’ industry experience
• Editing experience in online/print-media journalism would be beneficial
• Exceptional English language skills and a high level of numeracy
• Confidence to offer rewrite suggestions and précis copy with flair
• Solid team player but self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude in design areas

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements as supervisory analyst
• Handle all business requirements for every report and uphold house style
• Liaise with analysts around the region to sharpen the impact of individual reports
• Work with production team to ensure quality, timeliness and accurate distribution
• Rewrite copy and add a touch of creativity to printed report titles and executive summaries
• Reinforce brand integrity with a sense of design and corporate image
• Bring new ideas to life to enhance readability, visual appeal and commercial impact
• Think on your feet and propose innovative ways to improve publications
